Physical goods
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within one (1) working day; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at info@vibrator.com.au
We ship discreetly. We bubble wrap and use cardboard to protect your purchase and seal inside an Australia Post mail bag. Vibrator.com.au is owned by Choice 4U Pty Ltd, and this is who will be the return to sender. On the Choice 4U website you will not see any mention of Vibrator.com.au. We have set it up like this so you can shop with the absolute most confidence.
