Vibrator.com.au will ship your product within 48 hours via Express Post Satchel!

 

If for some reason your product does not turn up, please contact us @ delivery@vibrator.com.au and  we will chase your order via the Australia Post online system. In the event the item is lost, we will replace it at no cost to you.

 

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention vibrator.com.au in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a card advising you that delivery was attempted.
